Only in the following cases shall we agree to refund the money or replace the goods:

  1. Delivered item is not the one on the invoice (according to the retailer's rules),
  2. Item was damaged (in transport, according to the retailer's rules and Delivery terms in Serbia), or
  3. Item is lost in transit (according to the retailer’s rules or according to Delivery terms in Serbia, if the goods were lost after Customs clearance).

If the item is damaged, the damage has to be acknowledged by both buyer and deliverer at the time of delivery. By signing the e-ducan form, the buyer takes over the goods and no additional complaint will be taken into consideration.

In this case:

  1. Item will be replaced, or
  2. Money will be refunded.

This will depend upon the customer’s choice and availability of goods, according to Delivery terms in Serbia.
