What can I buy at e-ducan?
You can buy anything that is offered on the Internet and can be legally imported.
How do I pay?
Purchases in e-ducan shops can be paid with one of the following:
1. cash
2. bank transfer to our account
3. credit card
In cash we accept only dinars.
We accept account payments from both physical and legal entities.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Master, Maestro, Dinacard, Postcard and blue Yubacard.
Dark red Yubacard gives you the possibility of deferred payments. First installment is 20% of total value, with seven additional installments to be paid each 1st and 15th of the month.
Upon placing the order, you pay the price of your order, any handling fees and transport costs. Custom and tax expenses are paid when you receive the goods.
What is the delivery time?
This will vary with each purchase. If the ordered item is in stock, delivery time is about 14 days after the item arrives to our collecting center. In other cases, the retailer will state an estimated delivery date to our collecting center and then you add another 14 days.
What happens if the ordered item does not arrive?
If the ordered item doesn’t arrive within 30 days of the promised delivery time, you have the right to receive all your money back or, if buying from our Privileged Partners, to order something else.
What happens if the item arrives with a defect?
If buying from our Privileged Partners, the item will be replaced or repaired within the terms of warranty.
What if I get the item I did not order?
If buying from our Privileged Partners, the item will be replaced, if available, or you will receive your money back.
What happens to the undelivered items?
You will be notified by Post that the item could not be delivered and where you can receive it. Items not received within 30 days after the notification become the property of e-ducan and you lose the right to any refund.
Is the final price higher than the price I see on the Internet?
For purchases of 1000 euros or less, there is a handling charge of 20%. For purchases with a higher value, the handling charge is 10% . To this price you need to add transport, custom and tax expenses. Our customer service personnel will be happy to give you detailed information on each individual case.
What is a Privileged Partner of e-ducan?
e-ducan has agreements with the biggest players on the Internet: amazon.com, overstock.com, expedia.com, universaldrugstore.com, cabelas.com and so on. When ordering from these retailers, e-ducan has the possibility to guarantee origin and quality of goods, safe delivery and tracking, and product warrantees. Our customers also profit from all promotional activities of our Privileged Partners. When ordering from other retailers that are not our Privileged Partners, you accept all the risks that exist when buying over the Internet.
Do I have to buy from Privileged Partners of e-ducan?
No. We respect every wish you may have and help you with the purchase. But, it is our duty to warn you that in case of buying from other retailers, you must carry all the risks that exist when buying over the Internet. Don’t forget that you pay in advance.
Is it possible for someone living abroad to order through the e-ducan portal?
Of course. Buyers from foreign countries can buy over the Internet, through our www.e-ducan.com, or directly, but only from suppliers that deliver to our country (very few of them). For now the only way is to buy in the e-ducan shop where every order gets its ID number and where delivery is absolutely guaranteed.
