Company background

e-ducan was created by IMS/STUDIO 6, a marketing and communication agency in Lausanne (Switzerland). Following conception, it was produced and launched by the daughter company in Belgrade (Serbia e Montenegro), IMS Management d.o.o.

Almost 30 years of experience and expertise at the highest international level in the areas of marketing, communications, multimedia and IT lay behind the e-ducan concept.

The company (e-ducan) is registered in Cyprus and Belgrade. The first e-ducan shop opened in the capital of Serbia and Montenegro, using the expertise of the IMS Management (Belgrade) team and new technological structures essential for the successful operation of all future e-ducan shops.

The e-ducan team consists of gifted, professionally educated, and creative people. The harmonious, skilled, flexible team is always ready to use its knowledge and skills to meet the needs of our customers. Deep knowledge, understanding, and experience with the Internet helped us bring to life the revolutionary and exclusive world of trading – e-ducan. A mix of multidisciplinary activities that have as a goal realization of concrete results. Of course, those measurable by profits. We believe in concept of global marketing. We see the world as an enormous single market and we've managed to organize and adapt ourselves to it.

• We've cooperated closely with the Canada Dry and Swiss Timing, and we've realized presentations for Patek Philippe, Rolex, Longines, Omega, Ebel, Baume & Mercier.
• For the PTT of Serbia we've realized first faze of the global marketing project for their traffic.
• The Montenegran Agency for Restructuring the economy and foreign investments entrusted us the project of promoting foreign investments.
• In the past years we've started to cooperate with a partner from London, production company Sunset + Vine plc. It is a famous sport show Gillette World Sport Special that is being broadcasted in 120 countries with over than 200 million viewers. We have broadcasting rights in the Balkan countries. The National Television of Serbia was our partner for the Serbian territory.
• For Delta Holding we've created the whole corporative identity, and to the Energodata we’ve helped with the realization of presenting the new banking software for the foreign market - PROBANK.
• GOMA Company has been our long-standing client, and together we've realized marketing program Golden sponsor of the Russian Olympic Committee.
• ITM Company from Belgrade entrusted us the realization of strategic marketing and promotion of Gillette, Nike and Sony on the territories of Macedonia and Serbia and Montenegro.
• For the ITM Industrokomerc and their partners we've done a promotion and joined appearance in Dubai, at the Auto parts & accessories Fair '96.
• For the Mechanical industry, Belgrade we've done a promotional film.
• We've created visual identity for the Russian FIT Company, and we've also done marketing and promotions for them afterwards.
• We've created and realized promotions for the Sebra Company.
• In cooperation with the pharmaceutical company Ewopharm from Safhauzen (Switzerland) SAGA-PHARM from Belgrade is working on a new medicine - Revalid, and the promotional strategy of communications was entrusted to us.
• For the UNI Group and Kane Trading we've realized promotions for their partners HEINEKEN and CASIO.
