To get gliding simply clip a set of Walk 'n Glides to your trainers and then use the ball of your foot and toes to walk forward. Lean back onto the skates once you are into a stride and ride along on the super smooth wheels and bearings. Each wheel flashes with LED lights for safer gliding in low lit conditions. Pointing the ball of your foot and toes down to the floor ensures quick and safe braking. Takes just a few minutes to master. Please note that these skates come in black and pink. Age 6+. The skates are not recommended for people over 70 kgs (9.5 stone).
